What do you think about protein powders as a meal replacement? How about as an addition to your post workout routine?
Any success stories?

Dont use them as a meal replacement, they are called a suplement for a reason. I have 2 throughout the day to make sure my protein is a close to my goal as possible. I have one right after my workout when your body needs it and then the 2 when ever i remember to have.

They are a great thing if for whatever reason like me you can't hit your protien macro. On there own they arnt going to give you success but in a healthy lifestyle they can be a god send

    ^^

Protein shakes shouldn't be used as a meal replacement. As cingle87 said, they are called supplements for a reason.
In fact, nothing should ever be used as a meal replacement. Whole food is the way to go.
If you find you are lacking protein, then you can add a shake here and then, to supplement your diet.

I use protein shakes Post workout and sometimes in the morning when I am really in a rush and can't have my eggs and bacon =P But that's really not the way they are meant to be used

Eat a crapload of lean meats and dairy.

If you have trouble hitting your protein goal with regular food, adding a shake wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. But food is better.
