Thoughts on les mills bodypump classes?

I took my first bodypump class last week and I loved it! I usually do 15 mins of cardio and about an hour of lifting so I thought changing up my routine would make my gym sessions a little more enjoyable. I think I want to start taking the class 2x a week, but I'd love to hear some of your guys feedback on the class before I dedicate 2 days to it. How many times a week do you take the class and did you achieve any good muscle/toning/weight loss results from it?
