Hello. This is my second time using MFP. I lost a little over 40lbs the first time around. I took time off after having my son. Now I am ready to get back at it. I have realize that I am more successful with the motivation and support from friends on here. I work from home and have 4 kids so I don't have much time outside of that. I have a supportive husband but having supportive friends helps. Please feel free to add me and we can help motivate and support each other on our journey.

Welcome back! I am in the same situation as far as it being my 2nd time around. I lost 60lbs the first time and since have had a work related back injury which caused my spike in weight gain. You got this0
