How much to lose per week

Just a quick question I'm 10 kg from being in a healthy weight range how much should I aim to lose per week

    i have heard 1 percent body weight max ,, closer to goal most go half pound a week .

    300g to 500g per week is normal pace

    Aim for 2lbs, have a very low calorie allowance, get hungry, binge...

    Or aim for 1.5lbs, have a higher calorie allowance, adhere quite happily...

    Which makes more sense?

    Only you will know what level works for you best, or at least how low you can go and still stay on point.

    I like between 0.5 and 1 pound per week rate- not sure what that is in kg

    It have me something like 1400 when I was aiming for 2lbs a week, is this a new thing?

    Either way, the point remains - find a balance between weight loss and consistency.

    It make take a little experimentation to get there.
