Hello!
Everybody I know has pretty much told me the last ten pounds are always the hardest and take the most time to lose.
I'd like to hit my goal weight of 105 before next year.
I am current 115.4 pounds and 5'2.5...So I need to lose about 10 pounds in 5.5 months...anybody got any advice?
How much should I aim to lose per week?
My profile picture is me at about 118-120 btw I forget >.<

It may be your body is holding on to that weight because you are at a healthy weight. I would love to lose about 5 lbs, but it's not what my body wants or needs.0

It definitely becomes harder when you're at a normal, healthy weight for your height and body type. Your body becomes resilient and thinks to itself "....but whyyy?"
Also, do you finish your food diaries on here every day..?0
