Hello all,
I am one month into daily meal tracking- granted I am not perfect as I get lazy tracking dinners sometimes with a lot of components, but this is really good for me as I can look back at what I ate and either celebrate a healthy day, or remember to hold the ice cream when I didn't work out that day.
I am from Wisconsin, an avid Wisconsin sports fan (Packers, Brewers, Badgers...) and love to cook(I am a chef after all), especially healthy meals.
I would love to have as many motivational friends as possible, so please add me to share tips, ideas, workouts, and recipes with.
