I'm a stay at home mom of a 2yr old and 2 month old. Do I set my level at not active, lightly active...?

I'm a SAHM to a 3 year old and 8 month old - mine is set at sedentary because I don't really burn that many calories just chasing them around the house all day. (I do wear a Fitbit though, so it automatically updates my calories when I am moving more.)

If you're normally pretty active though, you can try active or lightly active and see if that's your sweet spot for your daily goal. Otherwise you can log any exercises you do beyond your daily average movement (like a walk, etc) to get those extra calories. You can always change it later if what you choose doesn't work for your goal. :)
