Drink More Water 2017

Start whenever, 2-4 liters a day for 10 days. Or do your own thing. Just drink H2O, instead of soda, juice, coffee etc not to say you can't flavor your water with an alternative for those who dislike water. Or maybe you want the fizz, drink sparkling water so many choices now a day.
