A few small NSV's

1. Went on a 4 day vacation and didn't log in all my calories, but I was still paying close attention to what I ate. I made smart choices, with a few splurges. Also, we brought our bikes so we did a long bike ride every day. Came back and only gained a half pound! Yay!

2. I have only lost 6 or 7 actual pounds according to the scale. But my watch band is alot looser. (ummm...thx, my wrists are not exactly the problem area, lol!). But more importantly my pants are getting roomy, so that's an improvement.

3. My co-worker noticed I lost weight already!

I bought a measuring tape yesterday, so starting this week, I am going to start keeping track of my measurements. Not just relying on the scale to track my progress.
