Quality of Sleep - do you have a tracker?

I have a Fitbit charge2 with sleep tracker and I was wondering what 'normal' sleep patterns were and what others recorded for sleep. I've always felt I wasn't a deep sleeper but I consistently record only about 4hrs 15-28mins (it varies slightly) of 'sleep' the rest of the night - (total 7 to 7 1/2 hrs in bed) is 'restless' sleep. The graph is a zebra stripe of bar lines - even the period asleep isn't that long. I'd like to get some comparisons from others tracking their sleep - I know periods of light sleep are normal but surprised at my readings

I have a sleep tracker built into my watch (Garmin Fenix 3 HR) but almost never look at the data. It generally does a better job than I'd expect but I just don't trust the premise. Some nights I have trouble falling asleep, and I lay still and silent until the sandman comes, the watch has no idea what's actually going on.

I'm an insomniac, so I've had a sleep study done in the past. I was told at the time that deep sleep normally accounts for about 20% of our total sleep time. So, if you sleep for 7.5 hours, 1.5 hours of deep sleep is considered normal. I use a sleep tracker now and while they're not as accurate as a medically supervised sleep study, I've noticed that on the nights I get more than 2.5-3 hours of deep sleep, I tend to wake up groggier.
