Hi all, I used this app a few times over the years after the usual Christmas binge. Now that I have got to my late 50's I am having major problems losing weight and my willpower is at an all time low. I'm 60 in June and am determined to get in shape.
Anyone able to help with ideas and advice, put in a friend request or add your comments please.

    Hi Chrissie, my name is Robin. Your willpower has to come from within you. I know exactly how you feel. I've tried a lot of times. I just recently made my mind up and decided to do it and I did. What helped me was joining a cheap monthly gym and I signed up with a trainer. It's a little pricey but worth every penny. I lost 52 pounds in 7 months. You can do this. Even if you can't afford the long term trainer, get just a 12 week program. That would be enough to get you started and motivated. I believe in you (even though I don't know you). Good luck.     Hey Chrissie, thank you for sharing! I joined a week ago. Im 53, overweight and have absolutely no energy by the time I get off of work. I am watching replies to your post for advise as well. Good Luck!

    Thanks Robin and Sharon for your support. I definitely agree I need to join a gym. I have already researched and decided on the one to join. Just waiting for pay day! In the meantime I am walking my dog Bella and a rapid speed. She is already looking slimmer even if I'm not LOL

    You can do this chrissie. You need to stick with it and be patient, log all your food and just take one day at a time. Good luck I hope you get your rewards
