Newbie keto person here. Well, trying to be. Since accounting for my macros here I have no idea how I've been in consistent ketosis for 2-ish weeks! I'm usually around 40 net carbs a day but trying to cut it lower, I'll get there. I've lost 8 pounds so far and while it's likely water weight I'm still pretty happy! Love the food, love the research and prep, the rest will fall into place soon!
