I started in November 2014 at 270 lbs, size 22/24
I am currently (January 2017) at 263 lbs, size 8/10
I am 5'8.25" currently, was 5'9" when I started losing weight, was 5'11" at age 16, and the doctor said I should be 6'1" but I have severe scoliosis. There are no backside pictures of me for a reason

I'm about half my original weight. Down 147 pounds in 1044 days. Haven't done any 'before and after' pic yet. Hit my goal weight in early December. LOVE being fit and healthy! I log every bite I eat and strive to be active every day- for the rest of my life.10

Wow, you lost 130 lbs just with diet alone? That's amazing!
Goes to prove calories in calories out!alarmed123 wrote: »I started this weight loss journey in 2015. HW333, CW161, GW110 I'm 5'1 so 161 still makes me obese lol still some ways to go but I feel pretty damn good, with the exception of the excessive amount of extra skin. Oh and I just had a baby 2 months ago, my 3rd.
Amazing, you don't even look like the same person.! congrats

Baboontester.... Congratulations and you look great0

121 pounds lost. Started really strong 3 years ago, but kind of went slow after that. I have mobility issues with my hip, but can still get in a good bicycle rid every once in a while. My main focus has been on improving my diet without having to get completely away from pizza, tacos, etc. Moderation has worked out well for me. No pictures for me as i don't want a digital record of being that big.2

Jose... congratulation! Great job.0

I just love these progress threads, especially with before and after photos, because if it inspires just one person then it's been all worthwhile.7

@geminiswede @tigress35 can I add you guys, you're both similar heights and starting weights (although I think I'm heavier at present) as me, but I'm only just beginning my journey so seeing two people who have done it will hopefully be very encouraging!

You all are awesome and so inspiring. I am at 70lbs down and struggling. I have recently just got back on track with MFPal... so hopefully I will have triple digit success soon.2

@ThisTimeItSticks Sure, go ahead! I don't tend to post a ton outside of the log-in streaks every 5 days, but I do occasionally.1

I'm down 113. I would like to lose 50 more but my doc thinks that might be too low so I'm aiming for 30 to start. Add me if you'd like1

I am 189 lbs down from my highest in 2013. I had lost about 170 and gained a good chunk back with my pregnancy (complications) in 2015 but I'm now going strong again. In 4.4 lbs I will be half the woman I once was. It takes time. My biggest goal was to be under 200 (now I am), but my current goal is 170. We'll see how I feel once I'm there. While I will still be "overweight" by the BMI scale, after being 387 lbs, 170 sounds pretty nice. That's 28 lbs away. I was at the deepest end of the 'fat lady' stores, wearing anywhere from 30/32 to 28. Now I'm wearing a size 14 and where many start their journey but I'm ok with that. I'm under 200 lbs for the first time in 22 years and weigh less than I ever have as an adult. It's all about perspective. I'll try to edit with some pics later.5
