I eat a lot of Greek yogurt for dessert. Raspberry yogurt with an ounce of chocolate chips. Or vanilla yogurt mixed with enough cocoa powder or PB2 to give it a mousse-like texture.
Fudge pops are pretty low calorie. Or skinny cow ice cream bars.
Fruit is always a favorite of mine when it's in season.1 -
I do a measured spoonful of honey almond butter or plain peanut butter!0

I've got some lo-cal dessert sections in my cookbooks. So things like fruit nut meringue cookies (72 calories each), Maple-Apple cake (140 calories for 1/12 of an 8" pan), Oranges in marmalade sauce (95 calories/serving). I've also got an ice cream maker. I'm doing various sorbets. Like this one, for example: http://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipe/cantaloupe–black-pepper-sorbet1
