Feeling positive

Hi I'm 29 have 3 children youngest being 3 months old and am finally in the right frame of mind to get this weight off. I started on 1st Jan just cutting down on sweet things. Have only lost a lb up to yet but I've realised it's going to take time where as before if I'd give up straight away. Main reason I'm doing it is so I'm healthy and have lots more energy to run around with my children. I have about 50lbs to lose. Feel free to add me x
