Logging steos

My steps no longer show from my fitbit. I have tried logging off from both accounts but still nothing. Can anyone help?

Have you checked in Menu > Steps to make sure Fitbit tracker is still being used? Some users have reported the option gets unchecked sometimes.

It seems to be. I tried to remove it so l could start again but it won't let me disconnect from it.
