Has anybody tried the interriment Fasting? Going 16 hours without food and eating all meals I an 8 hour window? Thinking of trying I out wanted some opinions and thoughts I want to lose weight but healthily. I've read some things on the Internet but would rather hear personally information anyone has done so and got good results. Thanks in advance.

Yep 16:8IF is part of my maintenance plan and my eating window is 11am-7pm. But this version of IF isn't a weight loss plan in itself and you'll still have to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight2

For years I was very thin and had no trouble keeping the weight off so long as I skipped breakfast, ate only a small lunch, and then ate whatever I wanted at dinner and then nothing else again until lunch the next day. I am trying to work myself back into this routine again. I found after getting to my goal weight I didn't feel like I missed out on eating and felt better than ever and had good mental clarity and energy. It also gave me the freedom to indulge a little at dinner sometimes without putting the weight back on. Its not for everyone but definitely worked for me. I was never successful at those diets that have you eating small meals and snacks every few hours no matter how closely I counted the calories.1

Try the easy Mac diet. Easy way to lose weight fast.3 -
You mean "eat three meals a day, four hours apart"? Like people used to in the past? I'm doing that most day. Works wonderfully.2
