Has anybody tried the interriment Fasting? Going 16 hours without food and eating all meals I an 8 hour window? Thinking of trying I out wanted some opinions and thoughts I want to lose weight but healthily. I've read some things on the Internet but would rather hear personally information anyone has done so and got good results. Thanks in advance. ;)

Yep 16:8IF is part of my maintenance plan and my eating window is 11am-7pm. But this version of IF isn't a weight loss plan in itself and you'll still have to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight :)

For years I was very thin and had no trouble keeping the weight off so long as I skipped breakfast, ate only a small lunch, and then ate whatever I wanted at dinner and then nothing else again until lunch the next day. I am trying to work myself back into this routine again. I found after getting to my goal weight I didn't feel like I missed out on eating and felt better than ever and had good mental clarity and energy. It also gave me the freedom to indulge a little at dinner sometimes without putting the weight back on. Its not for everyone but definitely worked for me. I was never successful at those diets that have you eating small meals and snacks every few hours no matter how closely I counted the calories.

You mean "eat three meals a day, four hours apart"? Like people used to in the past? I'm doing that most day. Works wonderfully.
