I dutifully added my gif, but I also wanted to note that for me happiness and weight are intertwined. So I have been considering what I can do to be a happier person, or at least a less anxious/angry person, at the same time as taking action to lose weight.

I'd love to see more discussion of how to increase your happiness.

I love both of these! Too many people wait for happiness to come about rather than go out and create it for themselves.

For me, happiness is practicing yoga, dancing, and spending time in the outdoors as much as I can. It is spending time with my family, friends and furbaby and making myself a top priority. It also means being proud of my talents and skills as a professional freelance writer (my day job) and not beating myself up when I make a mistake and allowing myself to be flawed and imperfect. Happiness also means peace, love and freedom!

Happiness is part of great health. IMO, you create your happiness.

Such an awesome thread and right on time for me. I am responsible for my happiness, I create my happiness. Awesome!

Positive attitude. If you think and talk negatively then you bring yourself down and you start to believe those things. Be grstful. Be positive. Think I can or I get instead of I have to. Thank God for the little things as well as the big things.
