Had a company dinner tonight and indulged on quite a few menu options. It is well past 11 o'clock at night and I am still eating. For those who are late night eaters, do you usually wake up the next day and eat regularly? As someone who has been through the whole "binge/restrict" cycle I am scared that I will fall back into that after overeating tonight. The disordered thoughts are screaming.

Treat when you wake up as a new day, a fresh start.2

Because I eat late into the night (I'm snacking now), I tend to skip breakfast every day. That way I have a 12 hour fast until my next meal. I work out fasted every morning.

I follow the same as ninerbuff - If I eat late in the night I'll knock my breakfast on so I get the same amount of fasting time!! One bad day will not ruin a week - refocus tomorrow and start again!0
