hi everyone, I'm in my mid fifties and like lots of people I've been on many different diets. Five years ago I weighed 104kgs (229lbs) and I got down to 83kgs (182lbs) over a few years by making changes to my diet that I could live with. I last weighed 83kgs in September last year and since the, due to emotional eating, I've put on 11kgs (24lbs)!!.

well 2017 is the time for me get this emotional eating under control and reach my goal weight of 62kgs ( 132lbs). I just cannot continue to go up and down depending on my stress levels.

So I've joined this group to connect with others who understand what its like and to help me with my motivation, Starting tomorrow I'm committed to tracking everything - even if I have a bad day. looking forward to 'meeting' you :)
