Hello everyone! I am in my 30's, severely overweight, type 2 diabetic, and pregnant. I am looking to take control of my life and get myself on a healthy track for the rest of my future. I have a long way to go to reach my goals, and having the support of a like minded community seems important! I think the resources available here at myfitnesspal are awesome, and this is a better forum for me than going to meetings like weight watchers. Looking forward to this.
