Along with exercise.. I'm doing the Fat Smash Diet phase one for a detox and weight loss boost.

Today I made a Spicy Warm Kale Salad for under 150 calories and it was very flavorful and filling.

Fresh kale
Sliced onion
Diced tomato
Black beans
Garlic
Lemon juice
Tbsp of olive oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes

Sautéed until just warm
