So I decided to really accurately weigh myself since I'm on day 4 and was off by 15 lbs! Holy hell. So I changed everything in mfp and it dropped me down to 1470 cals (my height was off too). I was starving on a 1540 cal now how an I going to do this with a 100 cals loss? Just between breakfast at 346 cals and lunch around the same I only have 788 cals left for dinner and snacks.

What are your stats (age, height, current weight and goal weight?) also, how many pounds per week did you select to lose when filling out the diet profile?

And, give it at least 3 weeks before making changes with your calories. It usually takes this long to see any changes.

788 isn't too bad for dinner and snacks.

If you're feeling too hungry, adjust your goal to 1.5 pounds a week and you'll get an additional 250 calories. And don't forget you can eat back your exercise calories too.

Bump up the loss to lose 1.5lbs per week which will give you an extra 250 calories if you are struggling at the current calorie goal.

What are you eating? I eat 1200 cals and do fine but I am not particularly active. I eat lots of veggies and lean meat and weigh/measure everything. I also drink lots of water. You can also adjust your calories to lose weight at a slower rate. If you are miserable you have a greater chance of giving up.

I found having a protein, carb and fat with every meal helped me stay satiated.

You can either slow your loss, up your exercise or play with your macros to see what helps.

Set it for 1 lb a week then. Lose slower but more comfortably.
