Hi everyone,

I'm Taz!

I recently started my journey back into fitness in September. After reaching my peak weight in August, I wasn't even able to look at myself in the mirror. I've since lost 22 lbs by white knuckling it. I've recently got on a muscle building program and am really looking to transform over the next 6 months.

I understand now that fitness and nutrition are a way of life. Some friends and family don't quite understand this new obsession of mine. I would love to connect with some likeminded friends for support, tips, encouragement, and of course, chit chat!
