Low carb breakfast

Egg whites, ground chicken, spinach and hot sauce for the win! Filled with lean protein, minimal carbs and some heat! Add an apple for high carb days.

I sometimes do whole eggs and sometimes not. Just depends on macros for the day and meal plans! I also particularly like this meal with just egg whites1
