Not hungry

Hi everyone,
Today I basically had two lunches because I had two things planned and I knew ahead so I didn't eat breakfast. I went to crossfit this morning and worked out fasted. My "first" lunch was pretty small compared to normal breakfasts. My second lunch was at an all vegan restaurant where I got a cheese platter and a piece of lasagna. I felt fine after that, I was full but not stuffed. Then I came home and realized I needed like 40 more G protein today so had a protein shake. Normally, shakes don't fill me up at all. Today, I was absolutely stuffed after the shake! I'm wondering if it's just the water filling me up? It's been about three hours since I drank it and normally I'm done with dinner before this time (I try to eat my last calories before 8). I already logged what I was planning on having for dinner but I really feel like I'll be forcing myself to eat it if I do. If I don't have dinner, I'll have like 600 calories left today and I'm doing a recomp and trying to build muscle so that's not ideal. Should I wait and see if I get hungry? Do you think I somehow logged wrong and ate more calories than I did? I'm also worried because I still need to eat a lot more protein today.

Also...kind of a tmi....I'm a bit constipated. Normally right after I go number 2 I get slightly hungry. Maybe there's a lot of pressure built up inside me making me feel full?0

I'd personally not "force" myself to eat when not hungry. I'd call it a night, and be ok with going over a bit tomorrow if your hunger dictates.1
