I feel like I should be doing more

I recently looked at some photos of me in 2013/2014 and I thought I was really obese and I was only 10kg overweight. Now I'm 25-30kg overweight it's made me depressed.
I'm doing everything right foodwise and an hour excersise 6 days a week.
I want to lose faster than 1lb a week that feels like forever away.
Just feeling a bit down right now

    It's hard when the weight doesn't drop off. But remember you want to do this in a healthy way that you can keep up and be successful in maintenance as well.

    If your weight comes off too fast you will suffer because you will lose more muscle also.

    Remember this is a marathon. You can do this!

    My advice is to readjust your expectations. 1 lb a week is a good, healthy loss. Faster =/= better. Have some patience, those 1 lb a week losses really add up.

    Patience grasshopper. In 12 months you'll be down 50 pounds. Not bad!! It's frustrating in the beginning, but the really hard part is to develop healthy eating habits so that you can maintain your new weight and not bounce back up once you hit your goal.

    You didn't put it on overnight, it won't disappear overnight. Slow and steady wins the weight loss battle. Fast and hasty leaves you doomed to re-gain it and then some.
