Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a support network on this application for encouragement and advice. My name is Fayth I am 26 years old and I've been overweight since around middle school when I was put on birth control at a young age for hormone treatment. Ever since then binge eating and emotional eating has been my downfall. I did a low carb diet and lost down to 210 pounds but after stopping it and eating carbs I gained back most of my weight. It was very discouraging so this time I am going to see this not as a diet but as a chance for a better future. I am currently 299 pounds. Bloodwork recently at my doctor gave me a scare. Not only was my cholesterol really bad high but my good cholesterol was abnormally low as well. I also had high white blood cells and other markers that caused me to have to follow up with a cancer center. Thankfully the blood work at the appointment with cancer doctor showed everything to be normal but it's just an eye opener for me. My main goal is to avoid high cholesterol foods and high trans fat items as well as exercise 30 minutes a day to start with. Thanks for reading. Feel free to add me!

Stick to it. It's hard at first but overtime it becomes second nature. I hit a lapse for awhile, but with things in my life changing, I'm back at it. Don't forget to give yourself a cheat meal during the week, it helps.0
