Starting out again

I have used my fitness pal in the past. I worked out and exercised religiously. I had lost a lot of weight, and then life happened. My wife cheated on me and we got divorced and left me on my own raising two daughters and only having my son's every other weekend. That was a blow that set me back. Then about 2 years ago I met a woman and had a great relationship with her until last week when we decided it wasn't working. I've found that once you stop it's hard to get back to the gym and diet, but I am determined. I want to be able to keep up with my children and I do admit you just generally feel better. I don't have too much to loose, but it's enough that with everything else going on, sets me on a depressing course. I know what needs to be done, what to do and how to. Just need a little motivation and praise I guess lol. Wish me luck and if anyone has questions or needs a push I'd be happy to help.
