So my dh and I began kettlebell &eating healthy 3wks ago have lost 6 lbs each. I really enjoy it and recommend it.

I love KB's too although I only do a KB class which is intervals of 45 second workout i. Swing, squats, turkish getups, clean and press etc then a 10 second rest...I love it and each workout gives me a real sweat and my heart rate is right up2
