Im 300 lbs doing 24 hour intermittent fasting with 4 hour eating windows i take in 1100 calories a day is the enough to drop the weight

    It's little enough to let you lose weight if you stick to it, but it's too little to stick to.

    Meal timing has no impact on fat loss, but it can have impact on ease of adherence.

    Set up MFP properly, and hit the calorie goal it gives you.

    Food is not the enemy. Don't make food the enemy.
