I lack motivation!

Hey I was so seeing if anyone has any advice or ideas to keep the motivation going, days I'm in work I'm fine it's the days off I lack the motivation to stick to my diet and exercises. Some tips would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

For me, I need to set non-scale goals to keep motivated. And they can't be more than two months in the future or my brain loses a sense of urgency. Fitness events work well for me. I've done running races and triathlons, and now I'm training for my first indoor rowing race (on the rowing machines, like you'd see at the gym). It's new and challenging, and requires attention to fuel and training.
And, consider working more on building a habit, rather than stoking motivation. Motivation can lag, but habits are automatic.1
