Lifting Program Suggestions

I am currently starting week 8 of Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size lifting program. It's a 4 day/week split program, and I am hooked. I absolutely love lifting!

Problem is, I only have 4 weeks left on this program.

So, I am looking for more suggestions that are similar. Do you guys have any that you really enjoy? I need something that is similar.

Also, I was thinking of taking a week off between programs, but I didn't know if it was necessary. I'm still new to this. Ideas?

    My husband and I workout together. I have recently lost 43 lbs. I want to build muscle and get stronger. I also wouldn't mind sculpting what is there to look better.
