Eff you strep throat!!

Man alive!!! Sooo I had a lovely combo of strep throat and wicked flu for the past 5 days and eeeeven ended up in the hospital for a day and a half! Flipping horrible last 2 days!! But here is the thing...I still managed to do pushups on my hospital room floor haha annnd...some situps...in which resulted in some wicked throw up an hour later lol...but...fitness nonetheless people!! Anywho...all better now all and ready to continue kicking some calorie booooot taaay!!

I have a sneaking suspicion that the pushups and sit-ups were more for the benefit of a hot nurse than for your health....
Yes. We always find it impressive and admirable when patients with the flu and strep throat are doing sit ups and push ups on the floor in the hospital room. No liability issues there.
Hahaha I made sure to do it when no one was loooking...if no one sees...is someone really doing it????0 -

As long as you don't tattletale on yourself when you black out later that night. And upon awakening in the ICU you say: Oh. Maybe I shouldn't have done those sit ups and push ups on the floor when no one was looking. Heh, heh, heh.
