What is the best exercise for belly fat

I am a mother of 4. I had 4 C-sections and my stomach is my problem area.any advice on best exercise to strengthen my stomach muscles is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Core exercises will strengthen your abdominal muscles, but you can't spot reduce. Fat goes away only when you maintain a consistent calorie deficit, prompting your body to use fat for fuel. And you can't choose where it goes away from.
