Hi I'm 26 years old, 5' in height. I'm looking to lose about 5 pounds of fat. I workout 5x a week for 45 minutes, 25 of those is cardio and the rest is strength training. Any suggestions or workouts I could do at home to help?! If you're a motivational person please add me! Thanks
