Hey everyone!
My name is Kate, I'll be 29 in March and long story short...I have stage 4 endometriosis. I've been trying to start a family for 4 years now and after countless specialists...I recently had one tell me that my partner is fine "the problem is you, you're obese". It's nothing I didn't realize but those words still hurt, I'm ready to make a change. For myself, for my health. For years I have been passed from doctor to doctor, my major weight gain from 190 to currently 225 came when I was prescribed a drug at the cost of $2000 a month that left me with bone density loss and a lot of my hair fell out. I'm ready to get my confidence back, I'm ready to take ownership of my health and be the best me that I can be and maybe make a few friends along the way! Reading everyone's posts has been so inspirational so I'm hoping to find people on here who want that push to strive to be better, it feels like this happened overnight but I know it didn't but any progress is progress! My Fitbit goal is low at 5k/ day due to a bad workplace knee injury but my goal is to increase it and work through it! Please add me on Fitbit
