Hi, I've been around since 2010. I used MFP to lose weight till 2012, and it worked great. I go from around 70 kg (154 lbs) to 54 Kg (119 lbs). Then something happened: I stopped caring about my weight (and my whole health). I started to gain weight for 2-3 years till I get to 76 kg (168 lbs). But I never felt overweight until I weighted myself and calculate my BMI, now I'm slightly overweight and not feeling good as I used to about my health.
Today I decided to come back (I've been login for 200 days or so, but not putting much effort in it) and give my best. Hope you could add me to motivate me. I know how to lose weight, I have done it before and I know how good your body feel when you're not obese or overweight, but I think I have to master the non-rebound thing jajaj.
