Weightlifting and women

Hey there. Looking for friends following The New Rules of Weightlifting for Women/Men or just people who are experienced with weightlifting and nutrition. I've been running and immersed in cardio exercises my entire life but now I'm looking to get strong and healthy. I got hurt due to weak hips and knees when training for a marathon, and have had a host of issues which I think can be solved by spending some quality time with weights.

It's a great program. If you are dedicated, it should get you to where you want to be. Take pictures to compare along the way.1

I don't do the New Rules thing, but have been lifting for a few years now. Done the strict 'bro' nutrition as well as IIFYM. for me personally, IIFYM is less painful than chicken/tilapia and asparagus all day every day.1
