Day 1- My Goal weight is 200 and I weigh 293 today

Thought today was going to be harder than it was. The main thing is getting used to tracking everything and balancing foods out. I have a wonderful friend Kathy who is helping me get started and is going to be my biggest supporter. Kathy's new way of eating results sure have attracted me to do this. Looking forward to this journey.
