Help!!

I need help logging my exercise for today. I jogged/walked a little over 30 minute, for a distance of 1.73 miles and did a 18:19 minute mile. I can not find a cardio activity that matches this.

    I would put in running in the data base. Go to the bottom where it says can't find what your looking for and add. I would list yours as a jog. According to Map My Run, you burned about 152 calories. You could put your time in and then list the calories I gave you. Some times you have to find what fits you best or search other sites for calories and distance. You can use programs such as map my run or runtastic that can calculate your calories burned and your mph based on your current weight. I often use those to log in my my workouts and then transfer them to this log sites log system. I actually calculated that you did a 17.14 min mile. Hope this helps.
