Starting over. Looking to loose 20 lbs

I know it's going to be hard, but I'm willing to start over. Last year I lost 10 lbs, so hoping this year to lose 20. I have a beach wedding in Jamaica to attend so I'm in a time crunch lol. Man I'll need some help!
