Weighed in today at 10 weeks. The morning after Election Day I was so disappointed and felt so powerless I decided to take control of something I did have power over. So I went out and walked (huffed and puffed!) a mile. Signed up for MFP the same day. I mostly stay under my calorie goal and I'm up to 2.5 miles every weekday morning in around 40 minutes. I've lost 21 lbs.! 80 or more pounds to go. Work the system and the system works!

Walking is good. takes as many calories to travel the same distance as running, I've read. Keep walking and take in the view.
