I just decided to leave the wonderful world of meat and become a pescatarian. At first my body was craving meat but now I'm doing pretty good. It's been about 3 weeks now. For people that have been a pescatarian for some time, what changes have you noticed? Did you lose more weight? Did you have to take any supplements? Please share any yummy recipes!!
