All advice and support is appreciated!
I have been training for a year and am now feeling steady. I figured doing a bikini competition would help push me to see the best my body can get. I am about to submit the application its for July 2017.
I am going to search for local coach but limited.
Advice on eating, supplements etc. thanking you in advance!!

I would recommend contacting Team 3DMJ - you can google them -- they coach contest prep athletes and rates are quite reasonable IMO.

My advice would be to start dieting already as most people are fatter than they think.

The advice from the Team 3DMJ coaches seems first rate but not sure on costs. I have worked with local coaches before as sometimes face to face is great but online coaches are probably the most common.

Eating and supplements will be supplied by your coach. Once you make your pick there, it'll render any other advice irrelevant.

Team Heugly is 600ish (i believe?) for a competition prep and they have their stuff dialed IN right down to makeup and jewelry and hair. Sounds like hyperbole I know but constantly getting pro cards and churning out multiple in class winners. They'd be remote but might be worth a look.
