hello

I just began my journey here and wanted to say hello. Actually, I had an account a long time ago because I was curious, but I wasn't really ready. For some reason, without much forethought I deceided Tuesday morning to start tracking what I ate so here I am. Just at the end of my 4th day and still feel motivated.

My goal is to lose weight, over 100lbs. Wow, that is hard to type and see in print. It's going to be a long road ahead and I'm hoping I can stay on course.
