just starting out. No scales...just tape mesure. Hope ican stick with it. Could use some motivation...

Hiya If you haven't already, I would suggest adding to the standard measuring locations. I added chest (just beneath breasts), upper and lower abdomen, as well as the largest part around my hips which is down at upper thigh (I have a weird swell of fat there on either side that is slowly going away).
Set up MFP to determine your calorie goals, don't try to lose too fast and weigh your food! You can do this1
