Probably a boring answer, but I'd go back to Caye Caulker (small island in the Caribbean). Been there before but it's super chill - they have no sense of time and stuff just gets done when it's gets done haha. So I'd do what I did last time and chill on the beach and party with the locals (might skip on swimming with sharks this time though).
