This is a loaded question... paused or not paused? I did 145lbs during my meet prep and that's the most I have ever done for 1 rep. I tried doing 148 for my meet but there was downward movement on the way up and then i couldn't lock it out. But I was close!0

Nice, I'm sure you'll come back and hammer it and maybe even hit a 150lb bench next time

thats just what I got up to and never tried going higher....I change it up now - usually do 115lbs with more reps, but like to go back to the 135lbs to make sure I've still got it!0 -

It's always nice to go back to it just to make sure you've still got the strength there isn't it. 140lbs next0 -

45kgs or 99lbs. Nowhere near as awesome as everyone else. But thanks to 5x5 I'm slowly building up my strength and I'll hit those high numbers eventually.1

Hey!! It's not about everyone else and how much they lift. It's about YOU, they don't worry about you on their lifts, concentrate on yourself and you'll do awesome things. Keep it up2 -
Got to 125 pounds 5x5 last night. No idea what my one rep max is. Using Strong Lifts 5x5. Getting better ;-)0
