Self Nutrition Data - have you used it? Omega 3/6

Hi,

I've only been on this adventure for a short while and have lost 15 lbs (5 since joining MFP) but I am fairly ignorant about nutrition. I especially am interested in tracking Omega 3 and Omega 6 and the ratio. I like SND because it tallies all sorts of stuff but the site is awkward to use.

Has anyone used it also? What did you think? Are there better sites?
